Our 5-Stage Alloy Wheel Powder Coating Process

Powder Application
A fine powder made of pigment and resin is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the cleaned wheel. The charged particles cling to the grounded wheel, forming an even and consistent coating.
Curing
The coated wheel is placed in an oven or curing chamber, where it’s heated to a specific temperature, typically between 177°C to 232°C. This causes the powder to melt and fuse into a solid, durable finish.
Cooling
Inspection & Quality Control
The finished wheel is carefully inspected for any flaws or imperfections, such as bubbles, runs, or unevenness. Quality control checks verify that the coating adheres uniformly and meets thickness specifications, ensuring a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
